Delivery and Payment
Digital Delivery
Soundsoft exclusively offers digital content in the form of MIDI files. No physical goods, data carriers or other products are shipped by post or parcel service.
Therefore, no shipping costs apply to your order. The MIDI files you purchase are made available digitally for download after successful payment processing.
Accessing Your MIDI Files
After your order has been successfully completed and, where required, payment has been confirmed, your purchased MIDI files will automatically be made available for download.
If you use a customer account, you can find your orders and the corresponding downloads in your personal account under My Account → Orders.
After completing your order, you will also receive an email containing the relevant order and download information, where technically provided for the respective order.
When Will My Download Be Available?
For payment methods where payment is confirmed immediately, the MIDI files are generally made available directly after successful completion of the payment process.
If a payment is still being processed or cannot be confirmed immediately, the download will only be released once payment has been successfully confirmed.
Please note that the time required to confirm a payment may depend on the selected payment method and the respective payment service provider.
Downloading Again and Backing Up Your Files
We aim to keep your purchased MIDI files available in your customer account for subsequent downloads after your purchase. However, there is no entitlement to unlimited availability or to an unlimited period in which files can be downloaded again.
We therefore recommend that you save a backup copy of your purchased MIDI files on your own storage medium after downloading them.
Payment Methods
The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed directly during the checkout process.
The availability of individual payment methods may depend on the options available for the respective order and on the requirements of the respective payment service provider. The payment methods displayed during checkout are therefore authoritative.
Payment is processed using the payment method you select and, where applicable, by the respective payment service provider.
No Postal Delivery
Important: Soundsoft exclusively offers digital MIDI downloads. No products are delivered by post, parcel service or on a physical data carrier.
You therefore do not need to select a shipping method or wait for a parcel to arrive. Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to the digitally provided files.
Problems with Payment or Your Download?
If your payment has been successfully completed but a purchased MIDI file is still not available for download, please first check the order in your customer account and the emails you have received from Soundsoft.
If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us via our contact page. Whenever possible, include your order number so that we can quickly identify your order and assist you.
