1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this cancellation policy for this purpose. However, use of this form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

As the products we offer consist exclusively of digital content, no return shipping costs arise in the event of a valid withdrawal.

3. Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Our products consist exclusively of digital content (MIDI files), which is made available for download immediately after successful payment.

The statutory right of withdrawal expires as soon as

• you have expressly consented to us beginning to provide the digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period,
• you have confirmed that you are aware that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal, and
• we have made the purchased MIDI files available to you for download.

If these requirements are met, the contract can no longer be withdrawn from once the download has begun.

If the digital content has not yet been provided or the statutory requirements for the early expiry of the right of withdrawal have not been met, your statutory right of withdrawal remains in effect.

4. Model Withdrawal Form

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may complete this form and return it to us. However, use of the form is not mandatory.
